Club Sports Council

The Club Sports Council (CSC) is student-led and serves as the voice for the Club Sports program. Each of the club sports teams sends a representative to the monthly CSC meetings to discuss matters that involve the program and report on their respective teams. The Council works together to ensure the proper support and success of its member clubs and their students.

Executive Board

The Executive Board serves as the governing board for the Club Sports Council. The Executive Board assists in the coordination of CSC activities and the distribution of allocated funds to Club Sport organizations and programs. The Executive Board also works closely with the Club Sports administration and the University to enhance the growth and development of its athletes. All officers that serve on the Club Sports Council’s executive board have been elected to serve one (1) academic year terms.

Council Representatives

The CSC holds monthly meetings and keeps in constant communication with the 42 club sports about their fundraisers, community involvement and outreach, accomplishments, special events and awards. Each club must elect a representative to serve on the Club Sports Council, who attends every monthly meeting and reports on their respective areas.


CSC committees organize events and projects that promote healthy lifestyle choices, community stewardship and student development. The CSC has a variety of committees that may include: Marketing/Public Relations, Annual Spring Weekend Glow up the Night 5K and Annual Club  Sports Awards Ceremony.  Committees will be made up of all council representatives and determined during the fall of each year.
